Refund Policy

The short version

There are no refunds. Ever. If you're not sure, don't buy. If you bought and changed your mind, the answer is still no.

The full version

All purchases of Chad Buyers 2.0 products and services, including but not limited to the Course, Founding Flagship, Founding Flagship payment plans, the Dealmaker tier, the Community subscription, and any add-on AI tooling, are final and non-refundable.

This applies regardless of: whether you have started the program, finished any module, attended any call, used any tool, generated any revenue, achieved any specific outcome, or had any specific expectation about results.

Why

The product is intellectual property and access. Once delivered, it cannot be returned. The price is the price. The value is in execution, not in our promise about your execution.

Founding Flagship buyers agree to a separate accountability bar ($50,000 in cumulative client engagements within 60 days, case study delivered by day 90). Failure to meet that bar forfeits lifetime access and steps the buyer down to a 12-month access window. That is the only material consequence of non-execution. It is not a refund mechanism.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback after purchase is a breach of these terms. Disputed transactions will be defended with the receipt, terms of purchase, and access logs proving delivery. We will pursue any chargeback found in our favor for the original amount plus reasonable costs.

What you have

Before purchase, every tier description, the founding bar, the per-tier inclusions, and these refund terms are public on this site. You read them. You bought. The agreement stands.

If you bought by mistake

If you completed a duplicate transaction by accident (the same purchase, the same email, the same card, within the same minute), we will reverse the duplicate. That is the only refund category we honor. Email contact@thedealmaker.io within 24 hours of purchase with both transaction IDs.
